1.) Respect all members (ex: no flaming)

2.) No spamming

3.) No advertising (except for in the advertisement thread)

4.) Think about the subject of your post before you post it - make sure it ends up in the correct category.

5.) Banners and avatars are allowed, but they must pertain to Twilight only. As soon as you have an approved character, the avatar and banner must both depict the character.

6.) Please only sign up if you plan to be an active player (as in posting a minimum of one to two times per week).

7.) If you fail to comply with any of the board or game rules, consequences will be given by the Admins. First offense = warning. Second offense = banned for 3 days. Third offense = banned for life.

[*]Rules for the game.

1.) This RP is for intermediate/advanced writers. Maximum content rating is R/Mature. The length of each RP post is expected to be no less than 450 words minimum. So, if you're used to writing one-liners, this may not be the place for you.

2.) Canon claims are first come, first served. HOWEVER, the Admin reserves the right to reject any inadequate profile. You may challenge someone's request of a canon (as long as the canon remains available). If more than one person is interested in a character before he/she is taken, we will accept the better profile at that time. There are high standards for players, as we want the QUALITY of the RP to be as high as it can possibly be.

3.) Canon requests now last 72 hours - within that time, you must put up your completed application. Otherwise the canon goes back up for adoption. You may request to extend your hold on a canon for another 72 hours ONCE. Registered members are expected to post in the RP within two weeks of joining; failure to so so will result in the deletion of your account, any canons you may possess will be returned to the adoption pool, and any originals will be retired.

4.) If you become absent (inactive for more than ONE week without proper notice), you may be subjected to having to relinquish your rights to any canons you may play.

5.) Character limit is currently set at THREE TOTAL - unless ok'ed by an Admin to have more, and as long as the player is active with them all. They may NOT all be of the same specie (vampires, humans, werewolves).

6.) You MUST have a separate account for every character you have. Make sure you set your display name to your character's name (ex: Jacob Black, Edward Cullen, etc) in your profiles once accepted.

7.) Please write in third person, not first person. (ex: "Jacob ran." not "I ran.")

8.) Write in character! Nobody likes an OOC (out of character) canon. It's just not cool.

9.) Prepare to write with proper spelling and grammar. It's in my right to refuse an application with poor grammar and spelling. USE SPELL CHECK - IT'S THERE FOR YOU!

10.) No God-moding, power playing, mary sue-ing, or "chat-speak."

11.) If you begin a new thread, you are responsible for time-stamping that thread at the top of your first post. (ie. "This thread takes place after "When the Bough Breaks" and before "Fix You." If your character is currently in only one active scene, time-stamping is not necessary. Also include in an OOC who the scene is open to whether you time-stamp or not (ie. Open to Jacob - or - Open to the Cullens - or - Open to All).

12.) Have fun! Anything goes as far as play. Just keep the basis of the plot outline in mind, but other than that, go wild with sub-plotting and such! xD

13.) We're here to help you. If you have any questions about the RP, if you're confused, or if you feel like you're in over your head about something right down to RPing techniques in an advanced setting, please don't hesitate to flag Katie2 down or one of the other players. One of the best parts of being in an RP such as this is being able to learn and improve by seeing how other players manipulate their characters!
